Ways to improve sagging skin

Avoid long-term use of exfoliating products. These products will thin the skin's stratum corneum and make the skin dry and sensitive. If your skin is already loose, this will only increase the burden on the skin, so it is best not to use them frequently.

Increase your collagen intake. Collagen can increase the elasticity of the skin and fundamentally improve the condition of sagging skin. Foods like Tremella and lotus seed soup and stewed pig's trotter soup are all beauty products. They are economical and effective, and you can eat them more often.
