How do eye bags form? - How do eye bags form?

In today's society, people have increasingly higher requirements for the appearance of men and women. A good-looking appearance not only gives you an advantage in the blind date market, but also gives you a great advantage when looking for a job. It is a pity if bags under the eyes appear on a beautiful face. Eye bags not only affect a person's appearance, but also make people look very decadent. So how do eye bags occur?

1. Lack of sleep

Lack of sleep is the culprit for eye bags, especially for female friends. Lack of sleep and staying up late not only make it easy to grow eye bags and dark circles on the face, but also easily cause premature aging of the skin. Generally speaking, 8 hours of sleep a day is enough, and you should pay attention to improving the quality of sleep. Don't put too much psychological pressure on yourself, keep a happy mood, and avoid insomnia.

2. Drinking too much water at night

In normal times, you should be careful not to drink too much water after a party, so as to avoid swollen eyes and bags under the eyes when you wake up the next morning, because the kidneys cannot metabolize water out of the body. During the day, you should pay attention to drinking plenty of water. Generally, 2000ML of water intake per day is appropriate.

How do eye bags occur?

Eye bags can be divided into congenital and acquired. Congenital eye bags appear in the teens and twenties, mostly due to excess fat in the lower eye socket or weak lower orbital septum tissue. The skin of the lower eyelid usually does not become loose. For such people, the protruding excess fat can be removed through the conjunctival approach within the eyelid, and there will be no scars on the outside of the eyelid. If there is slight skin sagging, laser treatment can be used to tighten the skin.

Acquired eye bags usually appear around the age of 30, mostly due to aging and relaxation of the skin, muscles and lower orbital septum tissue. The fat in the orbital septum mainly protrudes outward, and the fat is not excessive or may even be insufficient. The subcutaneous fat at the lower edge of the orbit will gradually shift downward due to aging and gravity. At this time, the eye bags will be more obvious, the eye socket will appear larger, and tear troughs will be formed.

In addition, the formation of acquired eye bags is related to factors such as improper massage, tearing, and staying up late.
