Step 4

Finally, use the four corners of the cotton pad to gently wipe the lower eyelid to remove the eye shadow and eyelashes that have fallen onto the lower eyelid. Finally, place the cotton pad on the upper eyelid and use a cotton swab to wipe off the mascara remaining on the lower end of the eyelashes.
