Six must-have sunscreens that are non-greasy

How to choose sunscreen

In general, we recommend doing an accurate skin test before purchasing sunscreen. People with oily skin should choose water-based sunscreen products with strong penetration; people with dry skin should choose cream-based sunscreen products; there are generally no strict regulations for neutral skin, and lotion-based sunscreen is suitable for all skin types.

Understand the suitable groups of different sunscreens

Different sunscreen products have different suitable uses. The best way is to try them on the inside of your wrist before purchasing. If your skin becomes red, swollen, painful or itchy within 10 minutes, it means you are allergic to the product and you can try a product with a SPF that is one multiple lower than this one. If the reaction persists, it is best to give up that brand of sunscreen.

Oily Skin:

This water-based, oil-free sunscreen has strong penetrating power and is refreshing and non-greasy to use and does not clog pores. Never use sunscreen, and use physical sunscreen products with caution;

Acne type:

Same as oily skin, choose water-based, oil-free sunscreen with strong penetration, but when acne is more serious, inflammation or skin damage, stop using sunscreen, and only use physical methods of sun protection when going out;

Dry Skin:

Be sure to choose a sunscreen that is moisturizing, has added hydrating effects, and enhances skin immunity. Now many sunscreens have added hydrating and antioxidant effects in addition to sun protection;

Sensitive Skin:

For safety reasons, it is recommended to choose sunscreens from a professional skin care brand for sensitive skin, or products that clearly state "passed allergy testing", "passed clinical testing on young children by dermatologists", "passed ophthalmologist testing", "does not contain fragrance or preservatives", etc. It is best to choose physical sunscreens.

In addition, if you usually take antihypertensive drugs, diet pills, or tranquilizers, you should use a sunscreen with a higher SPF, because the skin of people taking these drugs is prone to light allergy, so the SPF should be increased.
