What are blackheads?

Many people hate having blackheads on their faces because they will have a certain impact on their image. Generally speaking, blackheads are a hardened blockage caused by the oil on the skin. Because they contain black substances, they appear black. Many people think that methods for removing blackheads are useless. In fact, have you ever understood what blackheads are? Only by understanding them can you better remove them.

Everyone just knows that blackheads are disgusting things that will grow stubbornly on the face, but do you know what blackheads are? If you understand what blackheads are, it will definitely help you to clear and remove them quickly.

Blackheads are hardened oil blockages, mainly a kind of "plug"-like substance composed of sebum, cell debris and bacteria, which blocks the opening of hair follicles. Blackhead removal refers to removing blackheads on the face by chemical, physical, medical, and folk remedies to achieve the purpose of beauty. Traditional Chinese medicine has proven that applying medicinal rose powder to the face can remove blackheads.

Causes

1. Genetic changes

Because everyone's physique is different, the size of their pores is also different. Moreover, even if the same maintenance work is done, the degree of improvement of the pores will vary. Therefore, people who are born with worse pore conditions may need to put more effort than others to take care of their skin.

(ii) Sunlight exposure

If you are overexposed to the sun, in addition to causing abnormal metabolism of epidermal cells, it will also cause the connective tissue to lose elasticity. This is why some people's pores are getting bigger even though they have passed puberty. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends that children should be protected from the sun from the age of six months. Firstly, people are less likely to take children under six months old out. Secondly, in the first six months, when the exact condition is still unknown, it is hoped that babies will avoid using other sunscreen as much as possible. However, when children are over six months old, it is best to start using sunscreen lotion and some physical sun protection (such as a hat or parasol).

Sunlight can be said to be the biggest killer of skin aging, and melanin is a natural factor that protects against sun damage; the amount of melanin varies depending on the skin color of each race. If you think about it carefully, it is not difficult to understand why white people's skin ages more seriously in their twenties than us Asians. This is the reason. Each race has different skin tones and can withstand different amounts of sun exposure, so their skin ages at different rates.

(III) Over-cleansing the skin

When the weather gets hot, the sebum secretion of our pores becomes more vigorous. In order to remove the annoying "oily shine", many people often wash their faces and remove makeup, thinking that this way they can say goodbye to greasiness. But in fact, unless you take medication, no matter what oil-removing actions you take, at most you can only remove the oil on your face, and it is impossible to control the secretion of oil. On the contrary, if you clean too vigorously, your skin will become tight, dry, and peel, and even some small flakes will appear, which will easily cause our skin to have abnormal keratin metabolism or aging, causing greater damage.

(IV) Squeezing pimples and blackheads

When pimples appear on the face, most people's first reaction is to "start squeezing them hard in front of the mirror." Maybe you enjoy squeezing them very much, but I must honestly tell you that there are three reasons why you should not squeeze pimples: First, these pimples are like bombs buried in the skin. If we squeeze them, it is possible that the bombs will be temporarily expelled, but it is more likely that these bombs will explode when squeezed, leaving indelible scars.

The above is an introduction to what blackheads are. I believe that after reading this article, you will have a deeper understanding of blackheads. If you want to remove blackheads, you cannot squeeze them hard with your hands, otherwise you will bring the bacteria on your hands to your face, which can easily lead to facial infection. Everyone also needs to know how to take care of their skin.
