1. Heredity: There is no way to change your natural skin quality. Oily skin produces more oil, has larger pores and thicker cuticles than other skin types. 2. Why does acne appear on the face? Constipation usually causes acne around the lips. This is because toxins accumulate in the body and are discharged through the skin, causing acne. 5. Medicines: Some medicines contain irritating toxins. If used for a long time, toxins will accumulate in the skin tissue and worsen the acne condition, such as medicines containing bromide and iodide. There are also some birth control pills that contain sex hormones that can catalyze acne and make it worse.

6. Season change: Many people will get acne when experiencing the change of seasons from spring to summer. There are usually only one or two pimples, but they are eye-catching enough on a fair face. This is because when the weather gets hot, the skin's oil secretion increases, while the metabolism remains at the original level, causing the skin to become clogged and causing acne.

7. Diet and sleep: Eating too much oily and spicy food, such as spicy hot pot, skewers, melon seeds, walnuts, chocolate, coffee, etc., can also cause acne to settle on the face. Lack of sleep and continuous late nights disrupt the metabolism of the skin, and acne is easy to appear at this time. This kind of acne most often appears on the forehead. With a sallow face due to lack of sleep, it is really ugly!
