How to reduce facial spots

Loving beauty is an important thing for everyone. For women, as they age, skin problems become more and more obvious. The most common skin problem is pigmentation. Pigmentation is very obvious to middle-aged women. The solution to pigmentation is very important for women. So what methods can we take to solve the pigmentation problem?

Introduction

Facial pigmentation refers to spots that are different in color from the surrounding areas. Facial pigmentation is a common, disfiguring skin disease of brown or black pigmentation on the face caused by an increase in skin melanin. It often occurs on the cheeks and forehead and worsens after sun exposure. It is more common in women and is related to menstrual disorders caused by pregnancy and long-term oral contraceptives. It belongs to the category of dark spots and liver spots in traditional Chinese medicine.

symptom

Facial pigmentation includes freckles, dark spots, chloasma and age spots, which are pigmentary disorders. Freckles: Freckles are yellowish-brown or dark brown pigment spots that often appear on the face, neck and back of the hands. They usually appear around the age of 6 and often increase with age. According to the introduction, pathological examination showed an increase in basal black granules, no increase in melanocytes, and a strongly positive DOPA reaction. The disease is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner and its development is related to sun exposure. It is more common in exposed areas such as the face, neck, and back of hands of adolescents. The spots are light brown or dark brown, mostly scattered and symmetrically distributed, and have a genetic tendency. It gets worse in spring and summer and gets lighter in autumn and winter. Chloasma: Chloasma is a common pigmentation skin disease that occurs on the face and is light brown or brown spots. This disease is equivalent to the "liver spots" in traditional Chinese medicine, also known as "dark spots". It is more common in middle-aged women. It is an acquired localized pigmentation disease, also known as butterfly spots, pregnancy spots, etc. These are the same disease, named according to different morphology, age group characteristics, etc.

Causes

Facial pigmentation is also called facial pigmentation. The four main reasons for facial pigmentation are as follows:

(1) Genetic reasons. Autosomal inheritance is the main cause of facial pigmentation. It usually starts in children around 5 years old, mostly in women, with severe symptoms in spring and summer and mild symptoms in autumn and winter. Light brown to yellowish brown spots ranging in size from pinpoint to rice grains, symmetrically distributed on the face (especially the nose).

(2) Ultraviolet radiation. Ultraviolet radiation in sunlight is an important cause of facial spots, which is why sun protection is needed in summer. When the skin is exposed to too much sunlight, the epidermis produces more melanin particles, which can absorb ultraviolet rays and protect the body from harm. This is why our skin becomes darker after sun exposure. Furthermore, UV radiation can cause chloasma, which darkens the color of common facial spots.

(3) Endocrine causes Endocrine disorders are also an important cause of facial pigmentation in women. Changes in sex hormone levels during menstruation and pregnancy can affect the production of melanin. In addition, endocrine instability usually causes emotional instability, which can also indirectly cause facial pigmentation.

(4) Problems with lifestyle habits. Bad living habits such as stress, partial eating, lack of sleep, etc. can also increase melanin. People with unstable sleep time will have poor skin metabolism rate, which will affect the production of melanin particles.
