What are the methods to lift and tighten facial skin?

To tighten the facial skin, you can use some lifting and massage techniques, and it can be done at any time, but not everyone can understand the specific techniques and steps. If you want to make your skin firmer and more delicate, then you can use the lifting and firming massage techniques introduced below to lift your facial skin and make your skin rosy and shiny.

1. Specific steps

Step 1: First, take the cream and put it in the palm of your hand, about the size of 2 soybeans (you can increase it appropriately during the massage process), then rub your hands together to warm it up and spread it, and apply it to the corners of the eyes, forehead, cheeks, corners of the eyes, and the contour of the chin, as shown in the picture

Step 2: Start from the chin and use both hands at the same time. First, press the thumb against the temple, then wrap the fingers around the chin to lift it.

Step 3: Use your ring finger and middle finger to start from the chin, push and pull towards the ear, and repeat 3 times.

Step 4: Press the C side of the nose with your middle finger and ring finger, and place the other fingers on the surface of the skin, gently push and massage towards the temple.

Step 5: Finally, place your entire palm on the middle of your forehead, and press with appropriate force three times.

Step 6: Then use the palms of both hands to completely cover the forehead, gently push to the left and right sides to open the skin lines.

2. Skin types that cannot be treated with facial massage

The first type, severe acne-prone skin, especially skin with large areas of pustule symptoms, is prohibited from facial massage. Because massage may spread bacteria and deepen the damage to the skin.

The second type, acute allergic skin, such as pollen allergy, and skin that produces rejection allergies due to improper use of skin care products, are not suitable for facial massage.

The third type is skin with broken capillaries. This type of skin is naturally fragile and will have allergic reactions to most skin care products. Therefore, massage will only aggravate the allergic symptoms and cause skin discomfort.
