There are three common reasons for acne around the mouth:

1. Excessive stomach fire. One is that constipation leads to the accumulation of toxins in the body or intestinal heat, or eating too much spicy or fried food. When going out to play, eating is inevitable, but those snacks can easily lead to intestinal heat, which in turn breeds acne.

2. Excessive fat. Acne is mostly caused by two reasons. One is that the skin is oily, the sebaceous glands are overdeveloped, and the sebum secretion is excessive. If the pores are clogged or oil cannot be discharged smoothly due to other reasons, the sebaceous glands will continue to secrete, and sebum will accumulate in the pores, forming acne.

3. Endocrine disorders. When you travel and change to a new environment, your skin and various organs of the body need a period of adaptation. If the adaptability is poor and you feel uncomfortable, your endocrine system will be disrupted and you will get acne at the corners of your mouth. Imbalance of hormone secretion in the body causes acne on the skin. This cause is more common during adolescence. Imbalance in hormone secretion can also indirectly cause excessive sebum secretion, further aggravating the acne condition.

Cure:

1. If you have acne around your mouth, we should first adjust our diet. Avoid unhealthy diet and eat more fruits and vegetables that can detoxify, such as apples, lemons, etc. Do not consume a large amount of stimulating food at one time, such as spicy hot pot. If you want to eat it, please pair it with vitamin-rich foods and eat lightly. It is also necessary to consume more vegetables and fruits that are high in fiber.

2. Secondly, you should change some bad habits, such as staying up late, playing computer all the time, etc. Also, don't squeeze acne with your hands. Squeezing pimples can easily cause secondary contamination and lead to acne growth again. Because there are a lot of bacteria on your hands, if you can't help but touch your acne, not only will the bacteria on your hands be brought to your face, making the original acne worse, but it will also affect the surrounding healthy skin and be infected by bacteria!

Note:

1. Drink plenty of water, boiled water, not beverages. Eat more foods containing zinc and vitamins A and B, and more cooling and antipyretic foods, such as bitter gourd, cucumber, pear, etc.

2. When brushing your teeth, rinse with clean water more often to avoid toothpaste residue in the mouth which may cause acne. Some substances in toothpaste cannot be kept in the mouth for a long time, because some substances will produce harmful substances after a long period of fermentation.

3. Stay optimistic, get enough sleep, avoid anxiety and tension, keep bowel movements smooth, and excrete toxins in the body that cause acne.
