The hair quality and color of people in different countries are different. Some people are born with blonde hair and blue eyes, while others have black hair and yellow skin. Their hair quality is also different. Some people's hair will become curly either congenitally or acquired. Many children are born with naturally curly hair, and their fluffy and curly hair is very cute, but this may become a problem for them when they grow up. Girls with naturally curly hair will have many strands of hair sticking up no matter how they comb their hair, making them look less energetic and less capable. They always look listless. The hair quality is also different. Some people's hair will become curly either congenitally or acquired. So what is the reason for the curly hair?

This symptom is mostly a congenital hair disease. The hair is mostly normal at birth, but gradually becomes obviously abnormal at the age of 2-3 years. Some patients begin to develop the disease during puberty or adulthood. The disease manifests as hair twisting along the long axis of the hair shaft. The hair shaft is flat at the twisted part and has segmental thickness. The main reason is the bending of the hair follicles. The affected hair is dry, rough, dull, brittle and easy to break. Microscopic examination of the hair can confirm the disease. There is no medicine that can make hair straight now. It can only be changed through chemical means, that is, hair straightening. It may also be acquired progressive curly hair disease, which is usually more likely to occur during adolescence. Most patients are male. Part of the hair on the forehead, top of the head or both sides will gradually become curly hair, similar to the appearance of pubic hair. Drugs, chemicals, and trauma may also cause similar symptoms. However, the correct diagnosis should still be sought from a dermatologist. In fact, there are five stages in life when hair changes in density, texture, and even color due to different hormonal cycles in the body.

Stage 1: Babies' hair is usually fine. Around age three, a child's hair begins to thicken and develop the texture and color that will last a lifetime (or at least until the next change). During this time, your hair may become tangled and difficult to comb. Advice: Let it be.

Stage 2: Puberty During this stage, the hair will become darker, thicker, or thinner due to the increase of hormones in the body. Hair may go from straight to curly, or vice versa. Advice: Don’t resist these changes. Instead, talk to your hairstylist to find a hairstyle and hair products that will better suit your new hair texture.

Stage 3: Blood circulation during pregnancy stimulates hair growth, which is why some women experience a noticeable increase in hair growth during pregnancy. Normally, women lose about 50 hairs a day, but during pregnancy, the total amount of hair lost each day is relatively less, so the hair looks thicker. After pregnancy, this extra hair usually falls out as hormones return to balance. Because of the hormonal changes in your body, your hair may not return to its previous density, texture, and color. Straight hair may become curly, color may change from light to dark, or vice versa. Tip: To add volume after excess hair has fallen out, use mousse on dry hair from roots to ends and style as usual. Stage 4: Menopause During this stage in a woman's life, her hair may lose its luster, become thinner and dryer, or change in texture due to hormonal imbalances in the body. Recommendation: To increase the volume, use conditioner. To maintain the original thickness and control dry hair, use deep moisturizing conditioner once or twice a week.

Stage 5: Gray Hair The lack of melanin in the hair causes it to turn gray. In most cases, genetics determines when melanin will disappear. So in this respect, you will most likely follow in your parents’ footsteps. Stress is also thought to be a cause of graying hair. Recommendation: Moisturize your gray hair, don't forget to use conditioner after every shampoo, and do deep conditioning a few times a week if necessary.
