Minimally invasive rhinoplasty

Minimally invasive rhinoplasty

There are many types of rhinoplasty, such as the common prosthetic rhinoplasty and silicone rhinoplasty, which are very common. Some are micro rhinoplasty, which will make us pay more attention. However, everyone needs to know that sometimes the surgical wound will be smaller, so the side effects to us will be smaller. Minimally invasive rhinoplasty has a small wound, small side effects, and is very safe.

Surgery Description

Minimally invasive rhinoplasty is a surgery that precisely separates the nasal bone and nasal cartilage under the deep fascia of the nasal dorsum under synchronized video. The video, magnified 30 times, clearly shows every tiny blood vessel and nerve, absolutely avoiding accidental injury and accurately achieving symmetrical separation on both sides. The carved nasal prosthesis or autologous cartilage is placed under the deep fascia of the nasal dorsum for precise internal fixation, and finally the incision is sutured with one or two stitches. Therefore, this minimally invasive rhinoplasty can also be called endoscopic rhinoplasty.

Advantages of surgery

The surgical incision is smaller. Traditional rhinoplasty is performed under blind vision and requires a large enough incision to better peel off the periosteum and other tissues to leave space for the prosthesis. Minimally invasive rhinoplasty only requires a very small incision to be performed smoothly, with less trauma; the surgical process is safer. Traditional rhinoplasty is blind, and when peeling off the nose-related tissues, it is easy to damage the surrounding blood vessels and nerves, causing relatively large trauma, thereby causing some adverse symptoms. Minimally invasive rhinoplasty is performed under direct vision, which can magnify the relevant tissue up to 30 times, making it clearer and more intuitive, avoiding damage to tiny blood vessels and nerves and achieving accurate peeling. Postoperative recovery is faster. Minimally invasive rhinoplasty is less traumatic, so postoperative recovery is of course faster. Postoperative swelling is lighter and bleeding is not serious.

1. Plastic surgery experts will use the intelligent simulation system to design a beautiful nose that is tall, pretty, and matches and coordinates with the patient's face shape according to the patient's wishes and overall facial condition.

2. The new nanomaterial it uses has good biocompatibility and a unique nano-honeycomb micropore design. After the minimally invasive rhinoplasty is completed, human tissue cells and blood vessels will grow into the micropores of the nanomaterial, thus forming tissue connections like autologous tissue, without causing rejection or allergic reactions.

3. Minimally invasive rhinoplasty uses local anesthesia and there will be no pain during the operation. Minimally invasive rhinoplasty only makes a tiny incision inside the nasal cavity. There will be no scar after the operation. People who have undergone this rhinoplasty are full of praise for it.
