How to Whiten Arms with White Vinegar

How to Whiten Arms with White Vinegar

People who react strongly to the mention of white vinegar may even salivate unconsciously. This is mainly because the impression left by white vinegar is its unique stimulating taste. Indeed, the unique acidic component of white vinegar makes it not only used in the kitchen, but also can be used for sterilization and beauty care in daily family life. The acidity of white vinegar can prevent the growth of skin acne to a certain extent, and it can also whiten the arms when combined with other substances.

White vinegar + water

Some acidic ingredients in white vinegar can help the skin metabolize keratin, avoid the proliferation of acne, and thus have a whitening effect. However, white vinegar is highly acidic, so you need to avoid applying it directly to your face. The best way is to use warm water to reduce the concentration of white vinegar. Mix white vinegar and water in a ratio of 1:3, dilute, shake well, and then put it in a small bottle. After washing your face every day, you can gently pat the prepared white vinegar water on your face. You don’t need to use too much, as long as the entire face is moistened. Once in the morning and once in the evening, simple and convenient. Dilute white vinegar and water in a basin in a ratio of 1:20, then immerse your entire face and hands in the basin to wash your face and arms. After washing for about 5 minutes, switch to clean water (preferably cold water). If you insist on washing your face in this way every day, your skin will become delicate and fair.

When taking a bath, you can add 1 to 2 spoons of white vinegar to the warm water in the bathtub. The warm water in the bathtub can open the pores of the skin, allowing it to fully absorb the nutrients of acetic acid. It can not only soften and remove the aging stratum corneum, but also refresh the mind, making it suitable for office workers to eliminate fatigue after returning home.

White vinegar + glycerin

Mix white vinegar and glycerin in a ratio of 2:1 and use it to wipe your skin once or twice a day. It can moisturize the skin and reduce the deposition of melanin. After about a month, your skin will magically become whiter and the texture will become much more delicate. Mix white vinegar and glycerin in a ratio of 4:1. Apply this mixture right after washing your face while your pores are still open and there is still moisture on your face. It can not only moisturize but also relieve itching. Suitable for long-term use. Mix white vinegar and glycerin in a ratio of 5:1. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and arms. Wash it off with clean water after half an hour and then apply some night cream. You can also sleep overnight.
