1. Staying up late is extremely harmful to female friends' health. It will disrupt the body's biological clock, cause endocrine dysfunction, etc. Therefore, you must go to bed before 11 o'clock at night, refuse to stay up late, and regain your beauty. Female friends over 45 should pay special attention to this.

2. Women begin to lose breast tissue and fat from the age of 45. As the breasts age, phenomena such as breast sagging, areola shrinkage, and breast hyperplasia will gradually occur. At the same time, if you touch the armpit area near the breast, it may feel too soft or hard. Keeping breasts young requires women to take more care of them.

3. 5. Calcium supplementation is a lifelong task, but women should pay special attention to it after the age of 30. Compared with women who do not regularly supplement calcium, women who supplement 1,000 mg of calcium per day have a 22% lower risk of premature death. Calcium supplementation is mainly through diet. Drink more milk, eat more dairy products and soy products, and also get more sun exposure.

After about 10 minutes, dry your feet with a towel and massage your feet with your hands.
