What ointment is good for acne on face

Acne appears when a person's skin secretes too much oil, has an unreasonable diet or does not get enough rest. Most acne grows on the face, which not only causes redness, swelling and pain, but also affects the beauty of a person's face. Many boys and girls who enter puberty tend to get acne on their faces. At an age when people love beauty, acne on the face is really annoying. So what kind of ointment is better for acne on the face?

1. Wash your face with pepper water

Add Sichuan peppercorns into clean water to make peppercorn water. The amount of peppercorns can be added according to your preference. It is recommended not to put too many peppercorns. When boiling Sichuan peppercorn water, just put a small handful of peppercorns and add about the same amount of water as a mineral water bottle. As for the time, boil it for about 10 minutes. After the water boils, just simmer it for a while. The important thing is to let the essence of the Sichuan peppercorns blend into the water. You can wash your face afterwards. Washing your face with pepper water can reduce inflammation and remove acne.

2. Wash your face with sulfur soap

Do not use soap or oily facial cleansers when washing your face. It is best to use sulfur soap to wash your face. Sulfur soap has an oil-control effect and is effective for seborrheic dermatitis. Therefore, washing your face with sulfur soap can prevent and treat acne.

3. Aloe Vera Cucumber

Aloe vera and cucumber both have anti-inflammatory effects. Buy fresh aloe vera from the market, cut it into small slices and apply it to the affected area. Peel the cucumber and squeeze it into juice. Apply it on your face after washing your face and rinse it off after about thirty minutes. It can reduce inflammation and remove acne.

4. Ice astringent water

Whether you wash your face with warm or cold water, after rinsing off the facial soap on your face, put a basin of clean water with ice cubes in it, and rinse your face repeatedly with ice water to calm your skin.

Skin lesions often occur on the face and upper chest and back. Non-inflammatory lesions of acne appear as open and closed comedones. The typical skin lesions of closed comedones (also known as whiteheads) are skin-colored papules about 1 mm in size with no obvious hair follicle openings. Open comedones (also known as blackheads) appear as dome-shaped papules with significantly dilated follicular openings. Acne will further develop into various inflammatory skin lesions, manifesting as inflammatory papules, pustules, nodules and cysts. Inflammatory papules are red, with a diameter ranging from 1 to 5 mm; pustules are uniform in size and filled with white pus; nodules are larger than 5 mm in diameter, feel hard and painful to the touch; cysts are located deeper and are filled with a mixture of pus and blood. These lesions may also fuse to form large inflammatory plaques and sinus tracts. After the inflammatory skin lesions subside, pigmentation, persistent erythema, and depressed or hypertrophic scars are often left behind. Clinically, acne is divided into 3 or 4 grades according to the nature and severity of acne lesions: Grade 1 (mild): only comedones; Grade 2 (moderate): in addition to comedones, there are also some inflammatory papules; Grade 3 (moderate): in addition to comedones, there are also more inflammatory papules or pustules; Grade 4 (severe): in addition to comedones, inflammatory papules and pustules, there are also nodules, cysts or scars.
