There are still many ointments for removing blackheads, such as vitamin B6.

Can vitamin B6 ointment remove blackheads?

Vitamin B6 ointment is not very effective in removing blackheads.

Each gram of vitamin B6 ointment contains the main ingredient vitamin B6 12 mg, and the auxiliary ingredients are: stearic acid, glyceryl monostearate, white vaseline, liquid paraffin, sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerin, and preservative (ethyl hydroxybenzoate).

Vitamin B6 ointment is a milky white or slightly yellow ointment. Vitamin B6 ointment is a dermatological medication used for acne, rosacea, seborrheic eczema, and wrinkled skin. Vitamin B6 ointment is for external use. Apply the ointment to the cleansed affected area 2-3 times a day.

You can use salt and milk to remove blackheads; stick egg white or the soft skin of a raw egg on your nose, and then tear it off after it dries. This will be the best way to remove blackheads.

Side Effects of Vitamin B6

Side effects of vitamin B6: Long-term overdose can cause severe peripheral neuritis, abnormal nerve sensation, unstable gait, numbness of hands and feet. If 200 mg is taken daily for more than 30 days, it has been reported that vitamin B6 dependence syndrome may occur.

Note:

(1) Allergic reactions rarely occur;

(2) When used in combination with levodopa, the efficacy of levodopa may be reduced;

(3) Cycloserine, ethionamide, chloramphenicol, hydralazine hydrochloride, isoniazid, penicillamine and immunosuppressants including glucocorticoids, cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine and other drugs can antagonize vitamin B6 or enhance the renal excretion of vitamin B6, and may even cause anemia or peripheral neuritis;

(4) Estrogen can reduce the activity of vitamin B6 in the body.
