Steps for adults to wash their face with breast milk

Breast milk is something that only breastfeeding women have. In addition to being used for babies, it also has other uses. For example, adults can use breast milk to wash their faces. There are certain benefits to washing faces with breast milk, such as improving allergic skin and effectively maintaining the skin. So what are the steps for adults to wash their faces with breast milk?

Because I take care of the child by myself and in addition to taking care of the child, I also have to do housework such as washing clothes, cooking, sweeping the floor, etc., and the baby becomes more difficult to take care of as he grows older and always wants to stick to me. Therefore, I am very particular about efficiency in everything I do, and try to spend as little time as possible. In the past, I washed up slowly, and it would take me half an hour to brush my teeth, wash my face, and take a bath at night. But after having the baby, I am very hurried and can finish everything in a few minutes.

Washing my face with facial cleanser takes time to rinse, and my skin becomes allergic and dry when I use facial cleanser, so I just use breast milk to wash and rub my face. It makes my face smooth and moisturized after washing. Sometimes I also use breast milk to wipe my body when taking a bath. Anyway, the baby can't finish the breast milk, so it would be a waste if it is not used.

How to wash your face with breast milk

Here are my quick steps for washing your face in a few minutes, which are very practical:

1. First, wash your face with some light salt water in a clean wash basin (sometimes if your face is dirty, oily, or has blackheads, I will put a spoonful of salt in my palm and drop some breast milk on it to dissolve it slightly before rubbing it on the face. This way, the face is washed very clean and not irritating);

2. Squeeze breast milk directly into the palm of your other hand and apply it evenly on your entire face while massaging;

3. Finally, rinse your face directly with clean water.

If you use breast milk to wash your body, the same steps apply:

1. Rinse your body with half a basin of light salt water;

2. Squeeze some breast milk into a small bowl, and then use a soft cloth to wipe the body with breast milk;

3. Finally, just rinse your whole body with spray.
