Prepare ingredients: 1 tomato, 1 celery, 1 carrot, and a little tomato juice.

Step 1: Cook the butterfly noodles in boiling water.

Step 2: After cooking, remove from the heat and let cool for later use.

Step 3: Wash and dice the tomatoes, carrots and celery separately. You can also add some diced bell peppers.

Step 4: Then pour in the tomato sauce and add appropriate amount of salt. After the aroma comes out, add the butterfly noodles and mix well. You can also pour the juice on the butterfly noodles and mix well before eating.

Pine Nuts

Prepare ingredients: 15ml olive oil, 80g pine nuts, half a red pepper, 3 mushrooms, 4 cloves of garlic, 1g salt, a little black pepper, and 150g noodles.

Step 1: Cook the noodles until 80% cooked and set aside.

Step 2: Dice the red pepper.

Step 3: Slice garlic and mushrooms.

Step 4: Pour olive oil into a frying pan, add pine nuts when the oil is warm, and stir-fry until fragrant and slightly yellow in color.

Step 5: Add sliced ​​garlic, sliced ​​mushrooms and diced red pepper and sauté until mushrooms are softened.

Step 6: Add the cooked noodles, stir fry evenly, add salt and black pepper to taste and turn off the heat.
