The principle of shutting up and disappearing

The principle of shutting up and disappearing

Love of beauty is human nature, especially for adolescent children. Adolescence is the beginning of the development of vague emotions for boys and girls, so boys and girls at this time are particularly concerned about their appearance. However, adolescence is also a period when closed comedones often occur. Many boys and girls will develop red closed comedones on their faces, which makes them feel troubled. So why do closed comedones occur?

1. Excessive oil secretion

Some girls and guys are born with excessive oil production or quick exfoliation, so their pores are more easily clogged, resulting in closed comedones or other skin problems. For example, many girls have oily skin. Compared with girls with dry or neutral skin, their oil secretion is naturally more vigorous, making them more susceptible to closed comedones. It's really unfair!

2. The hormones of puberty

Closed comedones can affect people of all ages, but are more common during adolescence. Because people's sebaceous glands secrete very actively during this period, a large amount of oil secretion will increase the chance of blockage. Girls, have you ever had this experience? During puberty, the secretion of male hormones is vigorous, and your face is particularly oily. Even after washing your face in the morning, your face is still oily. However, as you age, the secretion of male hormones in your body is not as high as before, and the oily phenomenon gradually decreases.

3. Diet

Diet is also one of the factors that affect the occurrence of closed comedones. Long-term intake of high glycemic index foods such as fat, sugar and dairy products stimulates the secretion of oil and makes closed comedones more likely to occur. For example, some girls ate a lot of meat and fish and drank a lot for a few days in a row, and as a result, they found that not only did they gain weight, but they also got closed comedones.

Causes of closure

① Endocrine disorders: Many reasons can cause endocrine disorders, such as improper diet that is too spicy or greasy; lack of sleep, etc. Endocrine disorders can also cause abnormal skin metabolism.

② Lack of vitamins: especially vitamin A and vitamin B, which promote the growth of new skin cells. If these two vitamins are lacking, the skin's metabolism will slow down.
