At present, you can buy a bottle of nourishing anti-wrinkle lotion or essence on the market, use a towel to tighten the skin above the hairline to make the forehead skin taut, then apply anti-wrinkle products (note, avoid using super anti-wrinkle products) on the fingertips, and use the middle finger, index finger, and ring finger to gently massage back and forth for about 20 minutes.
