How to make mung bean paste mask?

Facial masks are very familiar to women, because the use of facial masks in daily life is actually a relatively convenient and simple skin care method, and the skin care effect achieved by mung bean mud mask is also relatively good. Let us take a closer look at the homemade method of mung bean mud mask.

1. Whitening materials: mung beans, milk, a sheet of facial mask paper

Preparation method:

1 Grind the mung beans with the skin, then slowly pour in the milk and mix into a paste.

2 Apply the prepared mask to the face, starting from the chin, to the cheeks, nose, and forehead. Then spread the mask evenly on the face and place a slightly moistened mask paper on it to prevent the mask from evaporating too quickly in the air.

After 3 and a half hours, the essence in the mask is absorbed by the skin and you can wash off the mask. The mask should not be left on the face for too long, otherwise it will easily clog the pores.

2. Recipe: 4 teaspoons of mung bean powder and distilled water.

Preparation method:

Add appropriate amount of water to mung bean powder, mix well and apply on face. After about 15-20 minutes, wash it off with warm water.

Note: Do this 2-3 times a week. This facial mask can cleanse the skin and remove dead skin cells. Mung bean powder can also reduce internal heat and reduce the occurrence of acne.

3. Ingredients: one egg white, add appropriate amount of mung bean powder and a small amount of talcum powder.

Source: Cook the mung beans and mash them with flour, then mix well.

Usage: Mix them to appropriate consistency, apply on face for 15 minutes (avoid the eye area), then wash off with warm water.

Efficacy: Whitens skin, calms acne, reduces aging, suitable for oily skin.

Adding milk can moisturize and whiten the skin, while mung beans can reduce the temperature and will not cause acne.
