Thread lifting are both good ways of cosmetic surgery, but these methods are not actually that good for your body. If you are not careful, it will cause sequelae inside your body. Especially after the operation, you should pay more attention to adverse reactions. Once they occur, go to the hospital for examination in time to avoid infection of your wounds or skin problems. 4. After the catgut is used, it can be soaked in 75% alcohol, or treated with chlorhexidine, and then soaked in saline before use. 5. When performing multiple treatments on one acupoint, the area treated last time should be deviated from. 6. Pay attention to postoperative reactions. This is a normal reaction. Due to stimulation, injury and catgut stimulation, local aseptic inflammatory reactions such as redness, swelling, heat and pain will occur within 1 to 5 days. In a few cases, the reaction is more severe, and there is a small amount of exudate at the incision, which is also a normal phenomenon and generally does not require treatment. If there is a lot of exudate protruding from the skin surface, the milky white exudate can be squeezed out, wiped off with a 70% alcohol cotton ball, and covered with sterilized gauze. 7. After the operation, the local temperature of the affected limb will also rise and may last for 3 to 7 days. A small number of patients may have a systemic reaction, that is, the body temperature rises within 4 to 24 hours after thread embedding, generally around 38°C, with no local infection. The body temperature returns to normal after 2 to 4 days. After thread embedding, the total white blood cell count and neutrophil polymorphonuclear granulocyte count may also increase, which should be carefully observed. The other is an abnormal reaction, which includes the following situations: (1) A small number of patients develop infection due to lax aseptic operation or poor wound protection during treatment. Generally, local redness and swelling will appear 3 to 4 days after treatment, and the pain will increase, which may be accompanied by fever. Local hot compresses and anti-infection treatment should be given. (2) Some patients are allergic to catgut and may experience local redness, swelling, itching, fever, and even liquefaction of fat at the incision site and catgut overflow after treatment. Appropriate anti-allergic treatment should be given. (3) Nerve damage. If the sensory nerves are damaged, there will be sensory disturbances in the skin in the nerve distribution area. Damage to a motor nerve can cause paralysis of the muscle groups innervated by the nerve. Damage to the sciatic nerve or peroneal nerve can cause foot drop and inability to dorsiflex the big toe. If this happens, the catgut should be removed in time and treated appropriately. |
