Can pure milk remove acne?

Generally speaking, most of the pimples on the face are acne, which is essentially an inflammation of the sebaceous gland follicles on the face, and is particularly prone to occur during adolescence. Young people have very strong qi and blood in their bodies, and sebaceous gland metabolism is prone to breakdown, which can cause hair follicles to be blocked and cause inflammation. It is necessary to pay attention to such a phenomenon: more than 80% of the world's population have had acne, and a considerable number of acne can be relieved by themselves, but washing your face with pure milk will not achieve the purpose of removing acne.

Pure milk cannot cure acne. Acne-prone skin is not suitable for overly complicated skin care methods. Trying to simplify the skin care steps can reduce the burden on the skin. Do a good job of "cleaning + hydrating and moisturizing" to keep the skin in a stable state. Toner and moisturizing refreshing lotion are what acne-prone skin needs. According to the severity of the acne, you can choose some acne removal products containing fruit acid or salicylic acid. The appropriate concentration of fruit acid can promote the activation and renewal of epidermal cells, allow aging cells to fall off smoothly, enhance the skin's moisturizing ability, and will not harm healthy keratin. At the same time, it makes the existing acne easier to fall off after softening.

Do not frequently use facial masks, facial creams or other skin care products that overly moisturize the skin. Even if they are mainly for removing acne, do not use them too much, because the skin's demand for nutrients is not great at this time. Excessive supply will lead to overnutrition, which can also cause acne. In addition to washing your face twice a day in the morning and evening, add one more wash at noon to remove facial oil in time.

If you have acne, you must actively treat it, and different treatment methods should be adopted according to the pathogenesis of acne. Generally speaking, acne is often treated with topical medications, such as retinoic acid or benzoyl peroxide. If the infection is more serious, antibiotics should also be considered. The more common ones are naturally clindamycin or erythromycin.
