3. Do appropriate exercise. Exercise can reduce stress, improve sleep habits, and help reduce excess hormones. The body generally has five ways to reduce toxins: breathing, sweating, menstruation, urination, and defecation. The biggest health benefit is that it increases the heart's contractility, storage function and vascular elasticity. Walking for at least 30 minutes every day will have unexpected results.

4. Good sleep. If you can ensure 8 hours of good sleep every day, it will be of great help to the normal endocrine system, because the body will produce hormones during sleep. Try to fall asleep before 10 pm. This is because the body is in the best repair state from 10 pm to 2 am. Place some lavender next to your pillow and stay in a relaxed state an hour before bedtime.

In fact, the main reason for acne on the face is poor personal hygiene and irregular life. It is recommended that friends try their best to not smoke, drink, or drink strong tea. If it is active, inflammatory acne, patients must try to stay in the sun, avoid wind and sand, too cold, too humid or too hot places.
