People who often suffer from constipation can use 20 grams of mung beans and 50 grams of rice, cook them into porridge, add a small amount of rock sugar to mix, and take it twice a day.

6. Insist on doing more vigorous exercise in the city to speed up blood circulation, promote the timely excretion of waste from the body, keep the pores of the skin unobstructed during the continuous sweating process, and then clean them in time.
