How to prevent facial sagging

How to prevent facial sagging

As time goes by and we age, all aspects of our body will age, especially for female friends. The first and most obvious manifestation is wrinkles on the face and sagging facial muscles. If you want to prevent facial sagging, you must take certain effective measures. You can apply eye cream around the eyes and use some better cosmetics on your face, but you must cooperate with facial massage and avoid making too many expressions.

1 Raise your head and stretch your neck until it feels slightly tense.

2 Use the back of both hands to stroke the neck vertically from bottom to top, alternately, do this 15 to 30 times, making the skin slightly red and warm.

3 Use the back of both hands to gently massage from the middle of the neck to the outside horizontally. Do this 15 to 30 times. Do not use too much force. END

Method 2: Tighten your jaw

1. Put your index and middle fingers together, and use the backs of your fingers to start from the tip of your chin and pull upward along the chin contour until you reach the widest part of your jaw.

2 When your fingers reach the widest part of your jaw, stop and maintain the gentle pulling posture for 10 seconds before returning to the original position.

3 Repeat the above actions 5 to 10 times. END

Method 3: Reduce eye bags and fine lines

1. Open your index and middle fingers in a V shape, place one finger on the skin between the brow bone and the eyeball, and the other finger on the lower eyelid;

2. Start from the front corner of the eye and use your fingertips to slowly pull horizontally until the hairline, and hold for 10 seconds;

3. When massaging the end of the eye with the middle finger, lift it slightly upwards;

4 Repeat the above steps 5 to 10 times.

Method 4: Lifting the cheeks

1. Put your index and middle fingers together, start from both sides of the nose, and gently lift upwards to the top of the cheekbones or the end of the eyes, and hold for 10 seconds;

2 Do only one side at a time, 10 to 15 times, with light force;

3Then switch to the other side;

4 Repeat the above steps 5 times.

Method 5: Smooth out fine lines on the forehead

1. Put 3 to 4 fingers together, and use the pads of your fingers to gently stroke horizontally from the middle of the forehead to the temples, and stay for 10 seconds;

2. When you are close to the hairline, lift your fingers slightly and you can see your eyebrows slightly raised;

3. Do only one side each time, 10 to 15 times;
