You can also make tea by soaking papaya and mint in hot water, and apply it frequently to the skin under the eyes after it cools. Papaya tea can not only refresh tired eyes, but also reduce the bags under the eyes.

4. Ice

If you wake up in the morning with puffy eyes, apply ice for ten minutes. The first aid method for puffy eyes is ice compress. You can use an ice spoon or cotton pad to apply ice water on the swollen eyelids. It will have obvious effect after use.

6. Wolfberry tea

Ingredients: a handful of wolfberries, 3-4 red dates.

Preparation method: Put the washed wolfberries and red dates directly into a glass, brew with boiling water or boil them in water before drinking.

Tips

1. If you have severe dry mouth and tongue after staying up late, or are very irritable, you can add 1-2 white chrysanthemums to the drink.

2. When taking it, do not drink it immediately after adding boiling water. You should let the wolfberry and red dates fully soak in water before drinking it for better effect.

3. Cut the red dates and remove the core before brewing.

7. Salt water

Saline eye compress uses high osmotic pressure to force water in the eyes to drain out of the eyes and remove edema.

Preparation method: Add one teaspoon of salt to 500 ml of warm water and stir well. Then soak the gauze in saline solution to make it saturated with saline. Finally, fold the gauze into an appropriate size and apply it to the eyes.
