In addition, exercise speeds up blood circulation, and the nutrients and water in the blood can be effectively transmitted to skin cells. When the skin is well fed and well watered, the entire skin will be full of elasticity and youthful."

Strong heartbeat: Aerobic exercise strengthens the heart

There are two manifestations of heart aging. One is the weakening of myocardial strength, and the heart beats less powerfully; the other is the blockage of the vascular circulation pathways within the heart. Although heart aging is inevitable as we age, it can be slowed down through persistent exercise.

Ding Liling introduced that exercise can increase myocardial strength. When you exercise, your heart will naturally beat faster, the heart's ability to pump blood will increase, and the myocardial strength will be exercised in the process. In addition, exercise can accelerate blood flow, break down blood lipids, keep cardiovascular blood vessels clean and unobstructed, increase blood vessel elasticity, and improve blood viscosity.

"There are many aerobic exercises that can exercise heart function. Common ones include jogging, swimming, aerobics, mountain climbing, cross-country walking, rope skipping, various ball sports and brisk walking. It is best for young people to do jogging exercises, and for middle-aged and elderly people to do brisk walking, swimming, etc." Zhou Qinlu, a researcher at the Beijing Institute of Sports Science, introduced.
