1. To prevent hair loss, first of all, you should not stay up late. You should get enough sleep every day and go to bed no later than 11 o'clock at night, because from 11 o'clock at night to 2 o'clock in the morning is the best time for the liver to detoxify. Going to bed early can help us eliminate toxins from the body, which is very helpful for the health of the body, including the head skin. Adequate sleep can give the brain a rest and prevent hair loss caused by insufficient blood supply to the head.

2. Massage the head. The skin on the head also needs to be massaged frequently. You can press the temple with your thumb and use the fleshy surface of the other four fingers to gently massage the skin on the head. The movement should not be too big. You can press the scalp and push back and forth. You can do it while lying in bed before going to bed at night, or when washing your hair.

3. Eat fresh fruits regularly to supplement the various vitamins needed by the body and skin. Eat more vegetables and less greasy or spicy food when eating, which will irritate the skin. Eat more walnut kernels, kelp and other foods that can supplement hair nutrition.

4. Prevent your scalp from being exposed to the sun for a long time. Exposing your scalp to the sun will cause the sweat glands in the skin on your head to secrete a large amount of sweat and oil, which will clog the pores at the roots of your hair. At the same time, exposure to the sun will damage your hair and make it dry. You cannot wear a hat for a long time, as it will affect the natural breathing of the scalp and accelerate hair loss.

5. Avoid smoking and drinking. Smoking and drinking will irritate the scalp, interfere with the body's metabolism, affect the supply of nutrients to the head skin, and aggravate hair loss.

When hair loss occurs, the first thing you should do is to keep a calm mind, relax, and don't think too much or worry too much, otherwise it will make the hair loss more serious. Combing your hair regularly with a boxwood comb can massage your scalp, promote blood circulation in the head, and relieve hair loss.
