1 Wash and dry the pork, then cut into strips; remove the roots of the bean sprouts, wash and drain; cut the ginger into strips. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of water into a bowl and mix well to make cornstarch water.

2 Heat the pan and pour in 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the shredded ginger and then the shredded pork and stir-fry over medium heat until it is dispersed. The meat is cooked when it is white.

3 Put the bean sprouts into the pot, then pour in chicken soup and 1 bowl of boiling water, add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt and sugar, stir well, then cook over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 2 minutes after boiling.

4 When the soybean sprout stems become transparent, pour in cornstarch water to thicken, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well.

When whitening yourself, you must reduce exposure to ultraviolet rays. If you are exposed to ultraviolet rays for a long time, you will become darker and may develop spots.
