1. Failure of private plastic surgery may lead to wound infection

Symptoms: Women may have abnormal vaginal discharge with a foul odor, and in severe cases, systemic symptoms such as increased body temperature and increased white blood cell count may occur.

Countermeasures: As long as systemic anti-infection treatment is strengthened, local dressings are changed twice a day, and the vulva is kept clean, most cases can be cured.

2. Failure of private plastic surgery can cause bleeding and hematoma

Cause: Mainly because the surgical field dissection area is too large, hemostasis is not thorough, ligation is not firm, or the surgical operation is rough and causes excessive tissue damage.

Symptoms: After the operation, bright red blood flows out of the vagina, or there is a feeling of falling and holding urine. Posterior wall hematoma can be felt during rectal finger examination.

Countermeasures: For minor bleeding or small hematoma, you can use gauze to pack the vagina and apply local pressure to stop the bleeding. In case of heavy bleeding or large hematoma, the sutures should be removed promptly, the accumulated blood should be cleaned, the bleeding point should be found and re-sutured to stop the bleeding completely, and anti-infection treatment should be strengthened after the operation.

3. Failure of private plastic surgery will cause the wound to split

Causes: Mainly due to excessive tissue removal resulting in excessive wound tension, poor wound edge aligning, premature strenuous activities, postoperative constipation and wound infection, etc.

Symptoms: Vaginal bleeding often occurs during strenuous activities or constipation.

Countermeasures: Re-suture immediately, strengthen anti-infection treatment, and rest in bed.

4. Failed private plastic surgery can lead to vaginal stenosis

Cause: Mainly due to improper surgical design, excessive mucosal resection, or wound contracture after infection.

Symptoms: Such women will experience pain during sexual intercourse, and in severe cases, they cannot have sexual intercourse.

Countermeasures: For mild cases, use a vaginal dilator for dilation; for severe cases, perform vaginal release surgery or skin grafting.

5. Failure of private plastic surgery will damage surrounding organs

Causes: Mainly due to the surgeon's unclear understanding of the anatomical levels, rough surgical operation, excessive clamping of tissue, too deep sutures, etc., which may lead to damage to the bladder, rectum or urethra.

Symptoms: Urine or feces overflow into the vagina during surgery, or abnormal secretions and odor in the vagina for a period of time after surgery.

Countermeasures: If the injury is discovered during the operation, it should be repaired immediately. If it is discovered some time after the operation, it should be repaired at an alternative time.
