How to take care of pimples on your face?

There are many reasons for pimples on the face. The most common one is not paying attention to skin cleansing, which causes clogged hair follicles. In addition, some people with more active sebum secretion are also prone to such symptoms. Because acne and pimples on the face often affect a person's appearance, timely care is required at this time. Certain methods can be used to remove the pimples, such as washing your face with lemon water and applying watermelon peel on your face, which have certain therapeutic effects.

1. Apply watermelon peel on your face

Cut the watermelon rind into thin slices, apply it on your face and wash it off with clean water after 20 minutes. Watermelon peel has a good softening and pore-tightening effect, and can inhibit oil secretion, while also moisturizing and whitening the skin. However, watermelon rind is a photosensitive fruit, so you cannot use it on your face during the day.

2. Wash your face with lemon water

Add five drops of lemon water to the water used to wash your face, and then wash your face as usual. It is worth noting that you should not apply lemon water directly on your face to avoid acidifying the facial cuticle.

3. Wash your face with alternating hot and cold water

After cleansing, wash your face with cold water first. It is best if the cold water has a certain freezing feeling. Then change the cold water to hot water and wash your face in the same way. The principle of washing your face with hot and cold water is to use thermal expansion and contraction to stimulate the skin and promote blood circulation in the skin, thereby achieving the purpose of refining pores.

4. Wash your face with salt water

After washing your face with clean water, put an appropriate amount of fine salt on the palm of your hand and add 3-5 drops of water while your skin is still wet. Use your fingertips to carefully stir the salt and water until the salt is half melted. Use your fingers to dip in salt water and apply it from the forehead to the bottom, massaging in circles while applying. Be sure to use gentle force and massage each area 3-5 times. When the salt water on your face dries up and becomes white, rinse your face thoroughly with warm water, and then proceed with normal skin care steps.

5. Lemon honey + ice water firming (once or twice a week)

After washing your face, mix ten drops of fresh lemon juice, half a cup of honey and three teaspoons of yeast powder and apply it as a facial mask. Yeast can remove dead cells, honey can lubricate the skin, and lemon can absorb excess oil. After ten minutes, wash off the mask with ice water. It can not only tighten the pores, but also promote blood circulation, making the skin bright again.
