Can I apply a facial mask if I have acne on my forehead?

Many people have more acne on their faces when they are in their teens. This is because this is puberty and the body's hormones are active more quickly. In addition, the secretion of hormones is very strong, which may cause acne to develop faster due to getting angry. When acne appears on the forehead, you can apply a facial mask, but don't use irritating masks.

1. Tomato Moisturizing Mask

Tomatoes can make the skin moisturized, white, tender and soft, and are especially effective for blackheads and oily skin.

Ingredients: 1 tomato, a little honey, 1 teaspoon flour

Preparation method: First crush the tomatoes to extract the juice, add appropriate amount of honey and a little flour to make a paste, apply it on the face and keep it for 20 to 30 minutes.

2. Mung Bean Powder Refreshing Mask

Mung beans are cold in nature, and making facial masks with them can reduce the occurrence of acne.

Ingredients: 4 teaspoons of mung bean powder, appropriate amount of water

Preparation method: Add appropriate amount of water to mung bean powder, mix well and apply on face. Wash it off with warm water after about 15 to 20 minutes. You can do it 2 to 3 times a week.

3. Lettuce Heat-clearing Mask

Lettuce is suitable for "treating" acne caused by some skin irritations, such as blackheads, sun burns, capillary dilation, etc.

Ingredients: 2-3 lettuce leaves, a little water

Preparation method: Crush the lettuce leaves, add a small amount of water and cook for 5 minutes. Take out the leaves and wrap them in gauze. Apply to your face while it’s still hot and use the remaining juice to wash your face.

4. Strawberry Astringent Mask

Strawberries themselves have disinfecting and astringent effects, which can alleviate the symptoms of acne and are also very effective for skin with excessive sebum secretion.

Ingredients: 4 strawberries, 1 teaspoon of flour, a little yogurt, 1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation method: Rinse the strawberries with clean water and squeeze out the juice; mix the flour and yogurt, then add the strawberry juice and honey and stir well.

5. Banana Moisturizing Mask

Bananas can not only clean the intestines and stomach, but also make the skin refreshed and smooth, and can remove facial acne and freckles.

Ingredients: One banana.

Preparation method: Peel the banana and mash it into a paste, then apply it on your face and wash it off after 15-20 minutes.
