The effect of milk on the face

So what are the effects of applying milk on the face?

1. Washing your face: I will add some white vinegar to the water, which can soften hard water. If possible, it’s okay to add some salt to the water, because salt can disinfect and kill bacteria. Sometimes I will use a spoonful of honey and a spoonful of brown sugar to wash my face, and massage gently until the brown sugar particles are gone. Remember to massage gently, otherwise it will hurt the skin. This has the effect of exfoliating, activating blood circulation, and cleansing. I personally feel it is very good.

2 After washing your face, if conditions permit, you can use a little Nongfu Spring mineral water on your face again. Why use Nongfu Spring? Because this mineral water contains orthosilicic acid, which has a good skin beautifying effect. You will find that the face washed with mineral water is super delicate and smooth, and I can use a bottle for four to five days, so the cost is not expensive.

3 After washing your face, you know that you need to dry it, right? I usually just pat it dry with my hands. Since it’s mineral water, it doesn’t matter. The next toner I used was the very cheap Zhaogui aloe vera juice, a big bottle that was really cheap, and I used it for a whole semester.

4 I rarely buy ready-made facial masks. I like to make my own because it is not chemically processed and is very cheap.

Cleansing type: mung bean powder + egg white + salt. I always get acne and have large pores. This can help clean the pores on my hands.

Whitening type: Pure milk. This is what I must recommend to all my good friends. Please believe that its whitening effect is amazing. Every night after I wash my face, I will pat some leftover pure milk on my face. It only takes one month. My skin is very clean, so the milk can be absorbed well. Remember to pat it gently on your face so that it can be absorbed faster. When you feel that the milk on your face is dry, pat it some more. If you are not afraid of it, pat it a few more times. I usually pat it three to four times. In fact, we can use facial mask paper at home, but I prefer to pat it for absorption.

Moisturizing type: Honey + brown sugar + banana. Needless to say, everyone has experienced the effects of these. They are absolutely moisturizing. It is very suitable to use them in the current weather.

5 After making the facial mask, I will apply some yeast to make it smell nice. My cosmetics are very affordable, I only use Nivea, but I am already 23 years old and my skin also needs nutrition, so I will supplement it myself. When I apply night cream, I will add a drop of olive oil to the palm of my hand, because olive oil is soothing to the skin. I buy a box of vitamin E for three yuan, squeeze out a capsule and pour out the oil, because vitamin E is anti-aging. I also add a little bit of pearl powder, because pearl powder is whitening.
