This aggressive method can produce immediate results, and the pimples will quickly reduce swelling and dry up, but it is more irritating to the skin. Not suitable for sensitive skin.

2. The long-term battle to fight acne

For daily cleansing, you can use mild facial cleansers to clean every morning and evening, and massage the acne areas for a little more time.

In order to avoid over-irritation of acne, you can use calendula lotion to repeatedly wipe the skin around the acne during the day, which is helpful for reducing inflammation and swelling.

Make sure to drink 2 liters of water every day to help detoxify and help reduce physiological acne.
