1. Avoid exposure to the sun

Unless you have a very important reason, try to avoid going out between 10 am and 2 pm in summer. Because during this period of time, the sunlight is the strongest, the ultraviolet rays are the most lethal, and the harm to the skin is the greatest.

2. Be fully equipped for going out

When going out, as long as it is not at night, try to wear a hat, carry an umbrella, wear sunglasses and wear long-sleeved clothes. Generally speaking, it is enough to do two or three of them. Don't do none of them, as the consequences of sunbathing naked can be imagined.

3. Wear sunscreen

Again, as long as you go out during the day, no matter spring, summer, autumn or winter, you should apply sunscreen. In the midsummer, you can apply it every 2-3 hours. When swimming, especially at the beach, you should apply sunscreen. Choose waterproof products with a high SPF.

4. Protect your exposed skin from the sun

When going out, all exposed skin should be applied with sunscreen, especially the arms, legs, and feet which are easily overlooked parts. This can effectively prevent the premature formation of "age spots" and reduce the phenomenon of "two-color lotus root".

5. Take a bath in time

As long as you have been involved in outdoor activities, no matter how much sun exposure you have, you should take a shower when you get home and gently wipe your entire body using a massage technique, first with warm water and then with cold water. After bathing, apply lotion all over your body.

6. After-sun repair

After sun exposure, if conditions permit, you can use a towel wrapped in ice cubes to cool the red and sunburned skin to relieve local heat, and try to avoid scratching and rubbing the skin with your hands, otherwise it will aggravate the formation of sun spots.

7. Use Aloe Vera

After sun exposure, take fresh aloe vera, scrape out the aloe pulp in the middle and apply it on the skin. It has a calming, soothing and whitening effect. This little trick is very effective for after-sun repair.

8. Drink plenty of water

Water is the healthiest beauty product. When you wake up in the morning, drink a large glass of boiled water on an empty stomach. You can also add a slice of lemon to the water to double the beauty and detoxification effects.
