3. Increase the intake of trace elements . Adequate blood supply is needed. Iron is one of the main components of hemoglobin in the blood. Eat more iron-rich foods, such as animal blood, egg yolks, meat, etc. The natural iron in food is a high-valent iron with very low solubility. It cannot be absorbed directly. It can only be absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract in an acidic environment. Therefore, while supplementing iron, you should also increase the intake of foods rich in vitamin C, such as tomatoes, green peppers, and hawthorn. When zinc is deficient, the skin will become dry and rough, and prone to acne. 4. Pay attention to the intake of alkaline foods . In terms of diet, you should reduce the intake of animal fat, meat and sweets. After these physiologically acidic foods are oxidized and decomposed in the body, the lactic acid and uric acid levels in the body fluids and blood will increase, making the skin rough and oily. In order to neutralize excess acidic substances in the body, you should eat more physiological alkaline foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, to improve skin supply and make the skin smooth and moisturized.

5. Always drink water . The tenderness and moisture level of the skin is closely related to its water content. When the body's water content decreases, the skin will become dry and the secretion of sebaceous glands will decrease, causing the skin to lose elasticity and even develop wrinkles. Therefore, in order to keep your skin healthy, you should drink an appropriate amount of water every day.
