5. Wash your face frequently

Washing your face is very important and is the first step in treating acne. Use a neutral and mild facial cleanser and wash your face with warm water to avoid clogging your pores. In summer, use a strong degreasing soap to remove excess oil from your face and wash it about 3 times a day. The skin is drier in winter, so you only need to wash it once in the morning and once in the evening. You can use a mild soap instead to prevent the skin from becoming even drier.

6. Don’t squeeze acne

Squeezing out the pus or white oil particles in acne may make it seem like the acne will disappear faster, but this action will cause a series of damages, including pits, dark spots, easy blushing, dilated blood vessels forming blood streaks, and acne recurring in the same place. In fact, as long as you wait two or three weeks for the granules to dry and become dense, they will fall out naturally during cleaning. You don’t have to worry about when to squeeze them, and they won’t leave scars.
