Methods of skin care in autumn

Health care in autumn is very important, especially skin care. If you do not pay attention to skin care in autumn, the skin will be particularly prone to dryness. This is still the mildest skin problem. If the patient is more serious, it will affect the luster of the skin and even cause skin allergies. Moreover, there are different skin care methods for different people, so you cannot generalize. You must choose a more suitable method according to your skin condition.

1. Transition cleaning

Washing our face is something we do every day, but excessive face washing will cause our skin to lose protection and become increasingly dry.

A layer of weakly acidic lipid film on the surface of our skin can protect our skin from external damage. At the same time, skin metabolism also has a certain self-cleaning function.

Excessive washing, especially using hot water, will damage the facial lipid membrane, causing the face to lose protection, accelerate water loss in skin cells, and damage normal epidermal cells.

2. Frequent use of cleaning products

Facial cleansing products include facial cleansers and exfoliating products. Generally, these products are weakly alkaline and will destroy the weakly alkaline sebum on the face and also accelerate water loss.

Exfoliating products can remove aging cells on the surface of the skin, making the skin look smoother and more delicate. However, using it on the skin will damage the normal epidermal cells, causing congestion of skin capillaries, and causing phenomena such as red blood streaks, dryness, and peeling.

Note: If your face is not dirty, generally wash it 2-3 times a day. Cleaning products should be more individual and should not be used every time or every day.

Facial mask is a carrier of beauty care products. The principle is that when the facial mask is applied to the face, it can isolate external air pollution, increase the temperature of the skin, open the pores, and allow the moisture and nutrients in the mask to penetrate into the epidermis of the skin. At the same time, applying a facial mask can also help detoxify the skin and remove accumulated oily substances.

Then facial mask is a very good method of autumn health care and skin care, because there is not much moisture in the air in autumn, so your skin is particularly prone to lack of moisture. When you apply a facial mask, your skin can absorb a lot of moisture, so your skin will not become dry. And when we apply the facial mask, we can also block some air pollution.
