How to take care of your face

Daily basic facial care is a skin care step that we must perform every day. Weekly special care refers to weekly scrub, massage, facial mask and other steps to promote blood circulation in the face, increase skin elasticity and radiance, supply moisture to the skin, and keep the skin in a healthy state.

Steps/Methods

Moisturizing: Apply moisturizer to the face and neck, and gently smooth it in upward and outward circular motions to replenish the skin with necessary moisture and nutrients, leaving it soft, smooth and elastic.

Toning: Use a cotton ball to apply toner, and pat gently on the face and neck in an upward and outward motion, avoiding the eyes. This will clean the remaining dirt on the face again, replenish moisture, balance the skin's pH value, and help shrink pores.

Exfoliation: removes aging cells, prevents cuticle thickening, allows new cells to reach the surface faster, accelerates metabolism, makes nutrients easier to absorb, and makes the skin smooth and clean. Take the scrub and gently massage it on your face. The areas that are oily can be massaged lightly, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Massage: Massage can promote blood circulation and enhance skin elasticity. Face: Apply in circles from the forehead to the outside, and massage the T-zone upwards and downwards; on the cheeks, apply in large circles from the inside to the outside next to the nose; lightly pat the lower eye circles and the corners of the eyes.

Facial mask: Utilize the thin film formed on the epidermis to block the dissipation of skin moisture and body temperature, increase skin temperature, accelerate blood circulation, and promote metabolism.

Precautions

When washing your face with warm water, wash your hands first and then wash your face. Use the palms of your hands to rub the solid facial soap or facial cleanser until a lot of foam is produced.

The key to washing your face is not to use too much force, but to rub in circles from the inside of the face to the outside. Try to rinse it with running warm water continuously, and then moisturize your face with cold water to tighten the pores.

Use the spiral face washing method around the nose, rub your fingers up and down, and finally clean the area under the nose and the inside of the chin in a left-right manner - first lift your chin up, and use 4 fingers to move from the front of the chin to under the ear.

When washing your cheeks, tilt your face left and right, pat it with one hand, and then wash your entire cheek thoroughly. Use a sponge on the forehead to thoroughly clean the hard-to-clean areas.
