Acne is a skin problem that everyone is familiar with. It is common to have acne on the forehead. There are many reasons for acne, such as skin problems. Or it may be caused by excessive oiliness of the facial skin. In short, acne is not only a skin disease, but also requires internal conditioning of the body. So what ointment should I use for acne on my forehead?

1. What ointment should I use for acne on my forehead?

Normally you can apply vitamin E and aloe vera gel to relieve closed comedones. If you find your face is red, swollen, and itchy, do not use them, do not eat spicy foods, and pay attention to rest time.

2. How to remove acne

1. Steam your face for cleansing

Fill a large basin with hot water, hold your breath, place your face on the basin mouth, wrap it tightly with a wet towel, and steam your face. Repeat this several times and then wash your face with warm water. Do this 2 to 3 times a week to keep facial pores unobstructed. Results will generally be seen in two weeks. After steaming your face, you should not leave your pores exposed to the air all the time. You should immediately use toner to moisturize, clean and tighten the pores, reduce the formation of blackheads and acne, absorb excess oil secreted by the skin, and keep the skin fresh and smooth.

2. Salt water flushing

Salt water has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects, and can inhibit acne to a certain extent, and is especially effective for early-stage acne. Use 15 grams of salt water to rinse the acne areas at the corners of your mouth 1-2 times a day, and the formation of acne can be inhibited in 2-3 days. However, be aware that salt water with too high a concentration can cause skin dehydration, which can make acne worse.

3. Mung bean powder mask

Add mung bean powder and water to make a paste. Wash the acne-prone area before going to bed at night, apply the mask on it, and wash it off with clean water after 15 to 20 minutes. If you persist for 2 weeks, the acne will gradually disappear.

4. Fresh milk

Boil half a cup of fresh milk, wait until it is warm, wet a cotton ball with it, and gently apply it on your face. After a while, the milk will penetrate into the pores and soften the blackheads. Wash it off with clean water and then gently squeeze out the blackheads. A small amount of vegetable oil can be added to milk, which can help remove acne faster without leaving any marks.
