Repeat several times. Put the four fingers of both hands together, and gently stroke from the level of eyebrows down to the hairline, repeat several times.

Step 9: Lift the cheeks. Use the four fingers and palms of your hands to warm up and soothe the cheeks from bottom to top in a "V" shape. Repeat several times.
