4. Submandibular micro-incision: All surgical procedures are completed through a combined incision inside and outside the mouth, with a tiny incision of 0.5 cm to 0.8 cm made by inserting an electric saw. The incision is below the mandible and will not be noticeable after 3 to 6 months. Advantages: This method does not involve any incision in the mouth, so the surgical trauma is minimal and the postoperative recovery is quick.

5. Complete intraoral incision: This is currently the best surgical method. It is a method of using a 3 cm to 4 cm incision in the mouth to cut off the enlarged mandibular angle in an arc shape. At the same time, the outer plate of the mandible and the mandibular margin can be removed or ground, and part of the masseter muscle can be removed. Note:
