How to deal with whiteheads on the nose

The appearance of whiteheads reduces the cleanliness of a person's face. The nose is the place where whiteheads appear most frequently. Many people will use nose patches to remove them, but nose patches are not suitable for everyone. Some people do not experience any effect after using nose patches. When you have whiteheads on your nose, what method do you choose to clean them?

◆1. Clean your skin. In view of the patient's oily skin, wash your face alternately with neutral alkaline soap (such as Lux and Sunsilk soap) and facial cleanser suitable only for oily skin in the morning and before going to bed, and gently massage along the skin grain with the fingertips of both hands for 3-5 minutes to enhance the cleaning power of soap and facial cleanser, then wash it with warm or lukewarm water to thoroughly remove dust and grease on the skin that day. If there is a lot of dust and oil on the face, rinse it with warm water in time. Generally, it is best to wash your face 2-3 times a day.

2. Unclog pores. When pimples appear on the face, fill a basin with hot water, place the face that has been cleaned with facial cleanser or fine sand scrub in the rising steam, then wrap the face with a large towel for 3 minutes to open the pores, and then use the needle cap of a medical injection needle (No. 5-7) that has been disinfected with a 75% alcohol cotton ball or a comedone remover to gently squeeze the skin at the edge of the pimple to squeeze out the pimple. This method is not easy to damage the nearby skin and will not leave scars.

◆3. Avoid using oily or powdery cosmetics. Use water-based skin care products as appropriate, especially avoid heavy makeup. Before going to bed, you should thoroughly remove the day's makeup and avoid applying nourishing creams, ointments, etc. before going to bed, so that the skin can be relaxed, unobstructed, and breathe fully at night.

◆Four. Avoid touching the already grown pimples with your hands frequently or trying to cover up the rash with your hair and foundation cream. In particular, you should overcome the bad habit of squeezing and pressing pimples with your hands, because the bacteria on your hands and the dirt on your hair can easily infect the skin and aggravate the pimples. Squeezing and pressing can cause permanent sunken scars, leaving you with lifelong regrets.

◆5. Eat less fat, high-sugar, spicy, fried foods, and stimulating beverages such as white wine and coffee. Eat more vegetables and fruits and drink more boiled water. People who often suffer from constipation can use 20 grams of mung beans and 50 grams of rice, cook them into porridge, add a small amount of rock sugar to mix, and take it twice a day.

◆6. Insist on doing more vigorous exercise in the city to speed up blood circulation, promote the timely excretion of waste from the body, keep the pores of the skin unobstructed during the continuous sweating process, and then clean them in time.

When whiteheads appear, we can add some salt or white vinegar when washing our face to kill bacteria. In daily life, we can drink more water, which can also help relieve some symptoms of acne. Eat more fresh fruits. It is best not to smoke, drink, or eat spicy food. It will get worse.
