Then wash it again with cold water to constrict the blood vessels on your face and reduce sebum secretion.

After cleansing, it is best not to wipe the water on your face with a towel. You should use cotton pads or clean facial tissue to absorb the moisture, or you can pat it dry with your hands.

Next, use astringent lotion, pour it on a cotton pad (preferably water-based lotion that can be frozen in the refrigerator) to shrink the hair follicles that have expanded during the cleaning process.

Finally, apply a light and refreshing day cream to balance the water and oil content. If you use the computer frequently, it is best to use a refreshing primer. Pay more attention to sun protection when going out!

At night, follow the same steps as in the morning, except that at the end you should apply a night cream suitable for oily skin. Don’t apply too much night cream, use as little as possible.

People with oily skin should exfoliate their skin 1 to 2 times a week with exfoliating gel (combination skin can exfoliate the entire skin once and the T-zone once), and it should be done in the morning.

First wash your face with warm water and facial cleanser. Do not wash it with cold water at this time. Instead, use exfoliating gel to gently massage in circles from the inside to the outside and from bottom to top. The oily T-zone can be massaged intensively.

After exfoliating, steam your face for about three minutes. Be careful not to get too close to the steam to avoid burns. When steaming your face for oily skin, you can add lavender essential oil or tea tree oil to help calm and reduce inflammation.

After steaming your face, use massage cream for deep cleansing for about 10 minutes.

After the massage, wash it off with warm water and facial cleanser, and pat on ice water to astringe.

After cleansing, you can use frozen toner to make an astringent and hydrating mask.
