1. Look in the mirror every morning after washing your face.

Stick out and retract your tongue 10 times each, then move your tongue to the left and right outside your mouth 5 times each.



2. Sit on a chair with your hands and fingers spread out on your knees

Lean your upper body slightly forward. Then, inhale through the nostrils, then open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue and exhale, while opening your eyes wide and looking straight ahead. Repeat 3-5 times.



3. Mouth open, tongue sticking out and retracting

At the same time, use the fingertips of your right index finger, middle finger and ring finger to rub up and down from the lower left side to the throat 30 times. Then, as your tongue extends and retracts, use the tips of three fingers of your left hand to rub up and down from the lower right side to the throat 30 times.



4. Face the mirror with your mouth open

Gently stick out your tongue, stay there for 2-3 seconds, and repeat 5 times. Then tilt your head back, stretch your chin, open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue, stay for 2-3 seconds, and repeat 5 times.
