7 very practical tips to prevent wrinkles

In order to effectively prevent and delay the appearance of wrinkles, we must pay attention to detecting systemic diseases, especially we must actively treat chronic wasting diseases, and correct various bad living habits, such as smoking, excessive drinking, and staying up late. 1. Pay attention to eye sun protection

Wear sunglasses or a sun hat, especially in strong sunlight.



2. Do more facial massage

Use a small amount of massage cream every day, and use your middle finger to gently press from the center of the eyebrows to the outside and downward, and repeat the massage 6 times on the areas where wrinkles are prone to appear.



3. Apply moisturizer after cleansing your skin every time, and do facial moisture care once a week, such as mixing an egg white with a spoonful of honey, and then adding two drops of olive oil to moisturize the skin and prevent wrinkles.



4. Drink beer to prevent wrinkles

Beer has a low alcohol content, and the tannic acid and bitter acid it contains can stimulate appetite, aid digestion and clear away heat. Beer also contains a lot of vitamin B, sugar and protein. Drinking beer in moderation (150-250 grams each for lunch and dinner every day) can enhance physical fitness and reduce facial wrinkles.



5. Chew gum to get rid of wrinkles

Chewing gum for 5 to 20 minutes every day can reduce facial wrinkles and make your complexion rosy. Because chewing can exercise facial muscles, improve facial blood circulation, enhance the metabolic function of facial cells, and gradually reduce wrinkles.



6. Use rice balls to remove wrinkles

When the rice is cooked, pick some soft and warm rice, knead it into a ball, put it on your face and rub it gently to absorb the oil and dirt in the skin pores until the rice ball becomes greasy and black. Then rinse your face with clean water. This will allow the skin to breathe freely and reduce wrinkles.



7. Use apple cider vinegar to remove wrinkles

Take half an apple, mash it, add 1 spoon of honey and a little flour, and make it into a paste. To use, apply this paste on the face and wash it off after 30 minutes. Do it 1 to 2 times a week to remove wrinkles and enhance skin elasticity.
