Step 2: Smile with only one side of your face. Start by raising the right corner of your mouth. Use your left hand to pull up from the right corner of your mouth to the side of your face and stop. Use your right hand to gently pull the excess facial muscles horizontally toward the right temple. Pay attention to concentrating on stretching toward the temple. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch to the other side.

1 minute chin lift

Fat tends to accumulate in the chin area, causing an unsightly double chin and dullness. Therefore, we need to rely on facial yoga and high-performance cosmetics to enhance muscle elasticity, which can not only prevent the formation of double chins, but also delay the aging process.

Step 1: Place four fingers under your jaw, close to your chin and neck muscles. Use the thumbs of both hands to push the jaw muscles up and out to the sides as far as possible, feeling the jaw muscles being stretched. Relax and gently return your fingers to their original position. Repeat 3 times.

Step 2: Without moving your shoulders, press the Dicang point in the center of the chin with the middle finger and ring finger of your left hand, and slide the middle finger and ring finger of your right hand in a clockwise direction to the Ren Zhong point above the lips. Hold for 6 seconds, then slowly slide the middle finger and ring finger of your right hand in a counterclockwise direction to the initial position.
