1. Vitamin E Eye Mask

First, put the fresh milk in the refrigerator and chill it for about 20 minutes. Cut a vitamin E capsule and apply the liquid inside on the bags under the eyes. Soak two clean cotton pads in the chilled milk and cover the bags under the eyes. Remove it after 15 minutes and wash the area around the eyes. It can not only improve eye bags and prevent the formation of fine lines and dry lines, but also whiten the skin around the eyes.


2. Royal Jelly Eye Mask

Mix 1 teaspoon of bee pollen and 1 teaspoon of royal jelly, apply it on the eye bags, wash it off with clean water after 1 hour, apply it once a day, and you will see the effect in 1-2 weeks. Because royal jelly is rich in amino acids, it can replenish essential ingredients such as eye collagen and promote skin metabolism.


3. Lotus root residue eye mask

First, wash and peel the water lily roots, then put the ingredients in a juicer (it is recommended to slice or dice the ingredients), add two cups of water and stir into a paste, take out the residue and apply it on your face for 10 minutes. The water can be drunk for better results.


4. Chrysanthemum Eye Mask

Soak 5-6 dried chrysanthemums or fetal chrysanthemums in boiling water, soak a cotton pad in chrysanthemum tea and apply it on the eyes. Remove the cotton pad after 10 minutes without washing. If you find it troublesome to apply eye masks, you can directly put your eyes on the rim of the cup and let the mist of chrysanthemum tea fumigate your eyes. It can not only relieve eye fatigue caused by long-term looking at the computer screen, but also eliminate eye swelling and thus eliminate bags under the eyes.


5. Egg white eye mask

I heard that this is the method most people use. First, break an egg, leaving only the egg white (you can use an empty plastic bottle to suck out the yolk), add 2 drops of white vinegar and a spoonful of cucumber juice, mix well, apply to the cleaned eye skin, and wash it off after about 15 minutes. Egg white can not only tighten the skin around the eyes, but also improve eye bags and prevent fine lines.


6. Exercise your eyes

Gently close the upper and lower eyelids to exercise the eyelid muscles to contract, while also relaxing muscle tension. Do this 100 times a day. It is very effective in eliminating drooping eyelids and preventing or removing eye bags. You don’t need to lie down and do nothing. You can do it anytime, anywhere, without restrictions.
