1. There are many benefits of using salt to care for hair

Salt has the effects of deep cleansing, sterilization and detoxification, relaxing the meridians and activating blood circulation, and astringing the sebaceous glands. Washing hair with salt is the first choice for oily hair. You can use table salt from your kitchen or store-bought shampoo salts. The specific usage is: if you just have an oily scalp but your hair is not too oily, you can wash your hair normally with shampoo, then apply the shampoo salt evenly on your scalp, gently massage with your fingertips for 3-5 minutes, and then wash it off with clean water. 2-3 times a week is recommended.
