How to effectively treat acne

4. Yogurt defecation method : Develop the habit of drinking fresh yogurt or Yakult every day to allow beneficial bacteria to remove waste in the intestines and help with normal toileting. It is said to be more effective if green tea powder is added.

5. Fresh milk acne removal method : Drink a large glass of fresh milk (not made from milk powder) every day for one or two months. It will not only reduce the occurrence of acne, but also gradually remove acne scars.
